Joining

Membership is free and open to anyone aged 18 or over in the UK. To join, send us your name and email address using the form below. By joining, you agree to these terms and to us contacting you with your welcome message, discount code, and occasional updates about new stock and clearance lines.

Your discount

Members receive a unique discount code worth 10% off the product value of each order placed through ohso.shop.
The discount applies to product prices and does not apply to delivery charges, taxes, or any non-product fees.
Your code is personal to you and shouldn't be shared or published. We may cancel codes that are shared publicly or used in a way that wasn't intended.
The discount can't be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless we say otherwise.

Early access to stock

As a member, you may be told about new arrivals and clearance lines ahead of the general public. Early access is a goodwill benefit — stock is limited, sold on a first-come basis, and we can't guarantee availability of any particular item.

Your details & privacy

We use the details you provide to set up your membership, send your welcome message and code, and let you know about relevant stock. We keep what we hold to a minimum, we never sell your information, and we don't handle your payment or bank details — those go straight to secure bank processing at checkout. You can opt out of non-essential emails, or ask us to remove you from the Club entirely, at any time by emailing kartie@ohso.shop.

Changes & ending membership

We may update these terms, change the discount level, or close the Smart Saver Club in the future. If we make a significant change, we'll let members know by email. You're free to leave at any time, and we may end an individual membership where these terms have been broken.
