30-Day Returns Policy
Returns Made Simple
At OhSo.Shop, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an item, we'll do our best to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Please read the information below before returning your order.
1. Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we have confirmed the fault, we will arrange the appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. This may include a replacement, repair or full refund where appropriate.
This policy does not apply to Special Order items listed in Section 5.
2. Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Email us at info@ohso.shop, quoting your order number and, where possible, include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Once the damage has been confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If you require the replacement urgently, you are welcome to place a new order immediately. Once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed as transit damaged, we will refund the replacement order together with any reasonable return postage costs.
3. Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Part?
We understand that mistakes happen.
If you have ordered the wrong part or no longer require the item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

The item has not been fitted or used.

It is returned in its original condition.

All original packaging, labels and security seals (where applicable) remain intact.
Once received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the item.
Return postage for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Before Returning Your Item
Before sending anything back, please contact us by email at info@ohso.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return has been authorised, carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit.
Please include either:

A copy of your invoice, or

Your name, address and order number.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
These include, but are not limited to:

Special order items

Wiring looms
-
Printed circuit boards (PCBs)

Motors
Where an item is non-returnable, this will always be clearly stated within the product description before purchase.

Until your parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked or signed-for postal service.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty or damaged in transit, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
7. Unclaimed Returns
Items returned without sufficient information, or where no contact is made with us regarding the return, will be held for 30 days.
If we do not receive any communication during this period, the item may be disposed of and no refund or replacement will be available.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing within this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
